Barley Wine

Tick, Tick, Tick, BOOM!

Barley wine isn’t a wine at all. It is a traditional name for a beer brewed to be the same alcoholic strength as a wine.  This style is notoriously hard to brew as it pushes the limits of both the brewing equipment and the yeast.  Tick, Tick, Tick Boom is a huge, strong, explosion of flavor. Big bitterness and lovely hop flavor and aroma. It will age for years and develop in the can, but will also taste delicious when fresh.
